Telling us
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. Telling us inside those 10 days is what matters — the garment does not have to be back with us by then. Email [email protected] with the Order ID and which item is affected.
Condition — unworn, unwashed, tags attached
Clothing can only be taken back if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags attached, in the original packaging. Try a garment on over your own clothes and keep the tags on until you are sure. Once something has been worn out of the house or through a wash it cannot be resold, and we cannot accept it back.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, undershirts and multipack innerwear cannot be returned once the pack is opened. This is stated here rather than buried, because it is the exclusion people most often run into.
Sizing returns
Ordering the wrong size is the most common reason clothing comes back, and it is treated as a change-of-mind return: tell us within 10 days, keep it unworn with tags, and you pay the return shipping. Measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to the size chart avoids this almost every time.
Who pays the return shipping
- Change of mind or wrong size — you arrange and pay for the return.
- Damaged, wrong or incomplete order — once we confirm the fault is ours, we cover or reimburse the return shipping.
Refunds
Once a return reaches us and has been checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order we ask for bank details to make the transfer. No restocking charge is applied.
Duplicate payments
If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction. Nothing needs to be sent back for this.
Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
