These terms apply to orders placed with Royal Men's Wear through this website. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom, so there is nothing to try on before ordering. The address here is our business and order fulfilment address.

Orders

Completing checkout places an order. We confirm by email and that confirmation is our acceptance. If a size proves unavailable afterwards we contact you and refund what was paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The product price appears on the product page and applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only. An obvious pricing error may be corrected before dispatch, in which case we contact you and you may cancel.

Tax

The business is not registered under GST and operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice bearing a registration number is issued. The invoice included with a parcel is an order invoice.

Delivery

Within India only. Estimates are 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere, being 1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Sizing, colour and fabric

Sizes follow each manufacturer’s own chart and cuts vary between makers; there is no common standard. Choosing a size is your decision, and we can help you compare a garment you already own against the specifications listed. Colour on a screen is never an exact match for cloth, and fabric shade varies between production batches. Where a set is described as assorted, we pick from the shades in stock.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns follow the Return and Refund Policy: tell us within 10 days of delivery with the garment unworn, unwashed and tagged. Opened innerwear multipacks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Warranty and liability

We add no warranty of our own; where a product page states one, it applies on its own terms. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
