What Royal Men's Wear does with the information you give us when ordering. Written to reflect Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000.
What we collect
- Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address — needed to deliver an order and to contact you about it.
- Order contents and order history, including sizes ordered.
- Payment confirmation. For UPI we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we never receive or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or banking credentials.
- Standard technical information sent by your browser.
Cookies
Essential cookies only, so the cart and checkout function. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to operate the store, deliver orders, process payments and provide hosting, or where the law requires it. Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number because a parcel cannot be delivered without them. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary for returns, refunds and enquiries, and for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Where processing rests on consent you can withdraw it. Write from the email address used on the order to [email protected].

Privacy complaints go to [email protected], or by post to Royal Men's Wear, Shiv Krishna Villa CHS, Jondhali Baug Road, Charai, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. They are handled directly by the person responsible for operating Royal Men's Wear. We have not appointed a separate named officer.

The site runs over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so please never send payment credentials by email — we will never ask for them.
