Cancelling an order placed with Royal Men's Wear, and what happens to the payment.

Before dispatch
Free of charge at any point before the parcel is handed to the courier — in practice within the 1–2 business day handling window. Email [email protected] with the Order ID, or call +91 96192 26754 during Customer service: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST, daily.
After dispatch
Once the courier has the parcel we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery, or accept it and follow the Return and Refund Policy within the 10 day window, with the garment unworn and tags attached.
Refund after cancelling
A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. A Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch has nothing to refund, since nothing has been paid.
When we cancel
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — a size that turns out to be unavailable, a PIN code we cannot reach, or delivery details we cannot confirm. We contact you first, and a prepaid order cancelled this way is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Changing a size before dispatch
If you realise a size is wrong before the parcel leaves us, tell us straight away and we will change it if the size is in stock, or cancel and refund if it is not. After dispatch it becomes a return.
Cancelling part of an order
An item can be dropped before dispatch. If that takes the order below ₹699, the flat ₹49 delivery charge applies to the remainder, and we will tell you before making the change.
